Use websites you are authorized to review
Connect your own Google account and select properties you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to access someone else’s private data, evade access restrictions or overload websites.
Keep account access and exports private
Use the normal Google sign-in flow. Never send passwords or access tokens in a support request. Review exports before sharing them; they may contain private search-performance data.
Review suggestions before making changes
Findings and edits are review aids, based on the captured scope. You remain responsible for verifying facts, assessing the proposed change and publishing it through your own website tools.
Respect collection boundaries
The service may limit requests, stop a review, or ask you to reconnect an expired authorization. Failed requests and partial coverage do not establish a negative finding about your site.
Desktop and web are separate delivery choices
The open-source getaudit audit and research core remains available through the product site and public repository. This web release has the specific capabilities described here; features in a local desktop build are not automatically part of the hosted service.
